1. Enter the Mail ApplicationFrom the Home Screen or Application Menu, click the Mail icon.

2. Enter the MenuIf you DO NOT already have a POP, IMAP or Exchange email account setup on your phone, skip to step 5, other wise you should see a screen like the one below. From this screen, click the Menu Button on your phone to bring up additional setting options.

3. Click“More”

4. Click “New account”

5. Select “Other (POP3/IMAP)”

6. Choose Manual Setup.

7. Fill out the settings
- Email Address
- Username(Same as your email address)
- Password(The password you set on DirectAdmin Panel when creating this account)
- IMAP/POP(This information is included on the account information sent to you by BBC's Customer Service Officer, Usually, it is the same as your Domain Name)
*Port:143 -
8. Fill in the Outgoing Email Settings
- Select“Required Login”
- Username(Same as your email address)
- Password(The password you set on DirectAdmin Panel when creating this account)
- SMTP Server(This information is included on the account information sent to you by BBC's Customer Service Officer, Usually, it is the same as your Domain Name)
*Port:25(Some ISP blocks port 25. In case you cannot send email, try Port:587) -
9. Finish Setup.Choose what to call this email account on the following screen then click Finish Setup.
